Tracey has over 20 years of
Australian and international media
experience, in a variety of journalist, corporate and political advisory roles.
On the political front, she worked as
a radio journalist in both the NSW and
Federal Parliamentary Press Galleries,
as a Ministerial media adviser in
Australia, and also in the White House during the 1996 Presidential Elections. She has worked in-house as a Director of Communications and Media for a leading Australian corporate.
Tracey leads APA’s media strategy team, and has particular
expertise in litigation, transport and financial PR.
Tracey is a Director of The Winston Churchill Memorial Trust and an International Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Public Affairs.

Jacquelyn Drozdoff
Senior Consultant (BA, MPA)
Jacquelyn has a decade of experience
in government communications, public relations and media in Australia, the US
and the UK.
She has in depth experience in
developing strategy and implementing campaigns in the areas of healthcare
and mental health, pharmaceutical, social policy, finance, corporate social responsibility programs and the not-for-profit sector.
She is a Non-Executive Director with the YWCA NSW.

Alastair Furnival
Chairman (BA, MCom)
Alastair's background is as a policy and political specialist, having worked as a senior adviser and chief of staff for State and Federal Ministers, and within Party organisations.
Outside politics, he has worked as a policy analyst, lobbyist and economic consultant, covering a diverse range of clients including banks and insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, foreign governments and Christian churches.
Alastair's particular areas of interest are health, ageing and other social policy, as well as financial and trade regulation.
Alastair is a member of the International Editorial Board of the Journal of Public Affairs.

Liam Bathgate
Director
Liam has more than 30 years of experience in senior roles across the media, political and corporate sectors.
For over a decade he has worked in senior corporate advisory and public affairs roles in the fields of defence and infrastructure. He also has experience in water, transport and regional development.
His most recent political appointment was Chief of Staff to the NSW Opposition Leader, Barry O'Farrell. Prior to this, he served as Press Secretary to Deputy PM and Federal National Party leader Doug Anthony, Principal Private Secretary to Doug's successor, Ian Sinclair, followed by his role as General Secretary of the NSW Nationals.
Before his political and corporate career, Liam served as a senior journalist with regional papers and AAP in Sydney, followed by work in the Federal Press Gallery as a senior correspondent.
Liam is a member of the Monash Awards NSW selection committee.

Rod Frail

Rod is a corporate communications, public relations and government relations advisor with more than 30 years of experience.
He served as a senior journalist on two of Australia's leading broadsheet newspapers before working in the Federal and NSW Parliamentary Press Galleries.
He later worked as a media advisor to Government ministers, before taking on senior communications roles with the NRMA and the
Insurance Council of Australia.
His particular professional expertise is in the field of financial services.

Maria Andriano

Maria has more than 16 years of

UK and Australia.
She has worked across all major mediums, and has run and owned boutique design
companies specialising in corporate branding and company
presentation for Macquarie Bank, Challenger International, Investec
and Tennis Australia to name a few.
She has also worked in-house as head designer and creative
marketing for a leading Australian corporate.

Carolyn Coulton

has worked on a range of campaigns
across the Asia Pacific.
Her extensive experiences around the
world have enriched and shaped her
design across a broad portfolio of work
in the health, government, retail, commercial and fashion sectors. Clients served in the past include Alcatel-Lucent, ABN Amro, Ministry of Education, Sony, TCC, Style and Female magazines.
She was also the creative director behind her own creative portal company prior to joining APA.
Julia Southgate

Julia’s has three years of experience in
public relations, issues management and internal communications, for a major Australian not for profit.
She has designed and managed statewide and national communications campaigns
with first-rate results, and also has
expertise in fronting the media as an organisational spokesperson.
Julia focuses on campaign media and materials content for APA’s clients across the broadest range of sectors, and works as part of a team or as a client manager for her own projects.

Rachel has two years of experience working in varied policy and coordination roles in the Australian public sector.
In particular, her focus is on land and water with expertise in the national climate change initiative.
